2 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cups shredded parmesan cheese
-Melt butter in sauce pan and add the cream cheese
-Stir until cream cheese is mostly blended into the butter
-Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper
-Simmer for 15-20 mins.
-Remove from heat and stir in cheese
-Add to favorite pasta and serve
